About the team:
Retail Buying holds the responsibility of selecting, constructing ranges, and devising product strategies for the Europe Retail business. In the face of a dynamic retail environment, their aim is to craft the most suitable assortment for every retail outlet, taking into account factors like consumer profile, sales objectives, and regional retail landscape.

Job Description:
As a Senior Buyer reporting to the Buying Manager, your role involves executing strategic and operational plans for product investment in your designated division and categories. You'll drive in-season performance to meet financial targets and play an integral role in implementing brand, product, and planning strategies aligned with the Brand vision. As a valued member of the team, you'll contribute to the department's future success by upholding its culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop range architecture and assortment guidelines collaboratively with Senior Planner.
• Continuously review OTB with Planning Counterpart.
• Prioritize consumer-centric strategies in decision-making.
• Present seasonal hind sighting and determine forward strategy.
• Review Collection Framework Plan and Option Flow Plan with Senior Planner.
• Prepare and conduct Pre sign-off meeting with Directors for consistency.
• Finalize buy quantification and present to Retail Leadership.
• Deliver seasonal product strategy presentation to field teams.
• Execute plans for weekly trade actions with Directors.
• Identify product opportunities for incremental growth.
• Collaborate with Planning on promotions and markdown decisions.
• Conduct regular store and market visits.
• Mentor junior team members to support their growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 4-7+ years of experience with robust people management abilities.
• Comprehensive fashion assortment knowledge paired with analytical skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing consumer insights and competitor analysis to identify product trends.
• Solid understanding of Hub, country, and store characteristics.
• Strong capability in building compelling assortments balancing trends and financial performance, alongside proficiency in the end-to-end fashion process.
• Comprehensive grasp of the end-to-end fashion process, spanning from brand merchandising to point-of-sale (POS) sales.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders across various organizational levels.
