Ready to contribute to cutting‑edge naval engineering projects? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Engineer Marine Systems for an interim, project-based assignment. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing together advanced marine technologies for the next generation of naval vessels. If you excel in fast-paced, multidisciplinary settings and want to influence the evolution of modern shipbuilding, this opportunity is ideal for you. Your role • Take the lead in merging complex marine systems into state-of-the-art naval platforms, guiding technical solutions from initial concept to final commissioning. • Convert customer requirements and design inputs into reliable system architectures and detailed technical documentation. • Conduct and supervise technical assessments to ensure that proposals from suppliers and subcontractors meet stringent criteria for quality, functionality, and regulatory compliance. • Work closely with design, production, and project teams to guarantee smooth system integration and to resolve technical issues efficiently. • Mentor team members by sharing expertise, promoting collaboration, and driving ongoing improvements throughout each phase of the project.

Functie-eisen
• Relevant Bachelor or Master degree combined with proven experience with system integration in shipbuilding, offshore, oil & gas, or similar complex technical sectors. • Strong track record in managing multidisciplinary projects and coordinating with third parties, suppliers, and statutory bodies. • Hands-on expertise in technical documentation, system specifications, and compliance management. • Proactive, solution-driven mindset with excellent communication skills in English and Dutch. • Excellent references, as a security screening is part of the hiring process. • Permanent EU citizenship and passport are both required. Candidates with EU (work) visa or with (also) a non-EU nationality and/or passport are not eligible given the requirements imposed by the military nature of our projects.
