Senior marketing communication advisor - employer branding
What are you going to do ?
You will be involved in the strategy and implementation of appropriate marketing and communication to further strengthen our employer brand. In the field of labor market communication, you will devise, set up and implement this for our various labels so that potential employees know who we are and see us as an attractive employer. You will also develop targeted (online) recruitment campaigns for specific vacancies in close cooperation with Recruitment. You are also resourceful and creative and you know how to activate the network of your colleagues in the right way in your search for the right candidates.

What is expected of you?
* HBO education
* 5 years of experience
* Verbally and written Dutch and English
* You have experience with campaign management and affinity with labor market communication;
* You are data driven, analytical and result-oriented
Where are you going to work?
You will work at a young and progressive organization. It's a varied position in which there is a lot room for own initiative and personal development, with the possibility of following training courses. You are part of the Marketing and Communication team, consisting of 8 colleagues. From this team you will work closely with HR and the practices of our labels;
