The Payroll Specialist enables a best-in-class employee experience through exceptional service delivery and subject matter knowledge for Payroll. This role will lead the payroll delivery for Spain in the EMEAI region. The main objective of this role is to ensure that the employees are paid on time and accurately, in compliance with the respective country tax-legislation, agreed labor conditions, company policies and regulations. In this role, you will require understanding of key business drivers for your discipline and function. You will need to be able to expand conceptual and working knowledge related to Spanish Payroll. You are expected to give informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information to others.
It is your responsibility to use technical experience, established practices, and personal judgement to analyze and resolve straightforward problems. Your performance impacts the quality of your own work and your team’s work and requires that you work within established guidelines and policies.
