Manpower is looking for a Senior Construction Scheduling Specialist for Dow in Terneuzen.
As a Senior Construction Scheduling Specialist, you play a vital role in shaping and maintaining the project execution schedule within the Global Project Methodology (GPM). You’ll be the go-to expert for construction planning, ensuring every phase, from design to delivery, stays on course.
Your insights will drive efficiency, minimize risks, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout all project stages. What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain integrated master project schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
- Coordinate inputs from contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to create accurate forecasts and progress reports
- Perform critical path analysis and proactively identify schedule risks or delays
- Lead teams in forecasting challenges and propose effective recovery plans
- Support continuous improvement of construction scheduling processes within the organization
- Coach and mentor junior schedulers, sharing best practices and technical expertise

Functie-eisen
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation, or Construction Technology)
- At least three years of relevant experience, preferably with an asset owner or EPC company
- Strong expertise in construction scheduling, with hands-on experience using Primavera P6
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors across disciplines such as civil works, structural steel, piping, insulation, and scaffolding
- Solid knowledge of project controls, engineering, manufacturing, or related technical fields
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, conduct detailed schedule analyses, and propose effective solutions under pressure
