Functieomschrijving

As a Service Delivery Employee in Venlo, you work for a large logistics provider. You work 40 hours a week. You are the contact person for clients and carriers, both in the Netherlands and internationally. In this role, you have a lot of client contact, spot bottlenecks, and come up with solutions. You make sure everything runs according to agreements and keep clients satisfied. This makes the job varied and challenging.

Your day starts with checking ongoing transports. You create reports and monitor the goods flow. You solve problems quickly, for example in case of damage or delays. You work with a transport management system (TMS), keep records, and make sure all customs documents are correct. You think about how processes can be improved and share your ideas with the team.

Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor’s degree working and thinking level, preferably in transport or logistics
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of international transport, logistics, customs regulations, and import & export
  • Experience with logistics administrative tasks
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English
  • You are accurate, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented
  • You work independently and enjoy working in a team
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and TMS
  • Experience with BlueRock is a plus

  • Salary between €2505 and €3623 gross per month
