Your role in the journeyAs a Service Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, lead a passionate team, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional and memorable experience at the heart of Krasnapolsky. Your responsibilities will be:
  • Always ensure consistency in LQA standards
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests
  • Guarantee seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement creative solutions
  • Supervise and train your team to maintain high service standards
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and cost control
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations




Job Requirements
What you'll bring
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within hospitality (luxury segment preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and mentor your team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
