From unloading trucks to stocking shelves, as a Shiftleader Operations, you know exactly how it's done, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You oversee the receipt, storage, replenishment, and disposal of products, focusing on optimizing the efficiency of these processes. Working in shifts of 3 to 5 hours, the flexible hours make this job easily combinable with other activities.
During your shift, you actively guide and coach the employees under your responsibility. Before each shift, you ensure everyone is informed about the day's tasks. Your drive and a good sense of humor create a close-knit and enjoyable team, making customers feel welcome in the store. Running a shift isn't a solo job. Together with the Manager Operations, you review the progress of the associates in your shift and keep an eye on your team's development.

What will you earn?
Your salary is determined according to the collective labor agreement (CAO). If you work 12 hours or less per week, you'll receive an all-in hourly wage. If you work 13 hours or more (up to 40) per week, you'll receive an hourly wage according to the CAO and will be entitled to vacation or advisory hours.
