As a Shiftlead Service, the cash registers, self-checkout area, and scan & go are your domains. You're responsible for overseeing all service-oriented activities in the store. You work in shifts of 3 to 5 hours, and thanks to the flexible hours, this job meshes well with other commitments.
During your shift, you ensure smooth operations and that customers receive the attention and service they deserve. If a customer encounters an issue, you promptly address it. Customers always feel welcome around you because you take pleasure in your work, and it shows. You play a crucial role in the team, acting as a coach and mentor for your colleagues. You share your knowledge and experience, provide instructions and feedback, ensuring everyone performs their tasks effectively. As a Shiftlead Service, you're not just responsible for day-to-day operations; you also analyze results and report to the Store Manager and Manager Service

What will you earn?
Your salary is determined according to the collective labor agreement (CAO). If you work 12 hours or less per week, you'll receive an all-in hourly wage. If you work 13 hours or more (up to 40) per week, you'll receive an hourly wage according to the CAO and will be entitled to vacation or advisory hours.
