Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre opende haar deuren in september 2006. Het hotel is gelegen aan het 'IJ' tussen de Passengers Terminal en het "Muziekgebouw". Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam is een modern 4 sterren hotel en biedt 408 luxe gastenkamers en 1000m2 Conferentieruimte verdeeld over 11 state of the art banquetzalen in het hotel. Onze gasten hebben ook toegang tot de Fitness & Wellness. Andere faciliteiten in het hotel zijn het restaurant dat plaats biedt aan 250 personen, een bar en roomservice. Be limitless
The kitchen opens, and it's showtime. You gather your team, give a motivating pep talk, and ensure everyone's ready to deliver excellence. You oversee the flow of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes meet our standards in both taste and presentation. You make sure that everything in the kitchen runs smoothly.  You are also responsible for ensuring that all chefs have what they need. You order extra when needed. There is no limit to what you can do. In addition, you will be:
  • a flying keeper. That means that during busy times you do not only overlook but jump in where it is needed.
  • responsible for the hygiene. You keep an eye on it and direct where necessary to keep everything clean and tidy.
  • the leader that supervises that everyone is doing their tasks correctly.

We offer
Of course, we want you to have an optimal experience at Mövenpick. That's why we are offering:
  • a monthly gross salary of between 3.098 - 3.929 in accordance with scale 8 of the Collective Labour Agreement for the Dutch hospitality and catering industry.
  • a contract of 38 hours per week.
  • 25 leave days and time off for any overtime.

  • a travel allowance up to €200 per month, on the basis of the actual number of kilometres.
  • a night-shift allowance of 20% and a Sunday allowance of 5%.
