Job Description
What will you be doing?
As a Start-up Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient start to daily transportation planning. You'll oversee the drivers' departure process, identify bottlenecks, and ensure that operations run according to schedule. You'll be the first point of contact on the shop floor and will act quickly when the situation calls for it.
- Ensuring drivers depart on time
- Recording and monitoring actual departure times
- Identifying and reporting delays and operational disruptions
- Motivating drivers to depart on schedule
- Serving as a point of contact for drivers and supervisors
- Ensuring a safe, organized, and calm start to the workday
- Working early mornings Monday through Saturday, with an average of one Saturday every two week
Job Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Strong communication skills and a motivating attitude
- Ability to handle stress, be proactive, and adapt quickly
- Willingness to work early in the morning
- Available Monday through Saturday
- Preferred: a valid CE driver's license with Code 95
