Summary

Become a Team Leader at the stockroom of a well-known fashion store in Arnhem. Lead an enthusiastic warehouse team in the city center and ensure daily logistics operations run smoothly. Work flexible morning shifts and earn between €17 and €18 per hour, with opportunities to grow within an international fashion company.

Description

As a Team Leader Logistics in the center of Arnhem, you are responsible for coordinating and supporting the warehouse team during the morning shifts. You ensure deliveries are processed efficiently and that the store always has the right stock available on time.

You lead the team during unloading and sorting deliveries, divide tasks among colleagues, and monitor the progress of daily warehouse activities. You motivate the team, help solve operational issues, and ensure the warehouse remains organized and safe at all times.

Besides managing daily operations, you work closely with store management and contribute ideas to improve logistics processes. You are hands-on, proactive, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment where teamwork is essential.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level
• Leadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or e-commerce
• Experienced in managing teams
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA
• Delivers accurate, high-quality work while seeking continuous improvement
• Communicates respectfully and inspires team engagement
• Automation experience is highly desirable
• Able to work independently and motivate colleagues
• Physically fit and comfortable with active work
• Speaks Dutch or English
• Flexible and solution-oriented mindset
