• A competitive gross starting salary of €3.816 per month. You can progress up to €5.687 per month. Based on a fulltime contract.
• Additionally, you'll receive shift allowances that can significantly increase your earnings! You get this allowance when you regularly work evenings, nights, early mornings or weekends. The more often you work during these times, the higher your allowance can be, sometimes even up to 75% extra for certain hours.

Can you handle the load?
As a Team Leader:
• You have courage, are proactive, and are a true bridge-builder.
• You preferably have experience with an operational production process, as well as experience leading a large group of production workers.
• You are 18 years or older.
• You have HBO-level education (higher professional education).
• Working in day, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends, is not an issue for you.
