Do you want to take on a role as a team leader within logistics? We have an interesting position for you at Geodis in Venlo.

As a team lead you play a crucial role in supporting our activities. You will work together with other teamleaders in various logistics processes and contribute to ensuring the quality and safety of the team and the products.

Some of your tasks will include:

• Leading a team of approximately 50-80 employees and being responsible for the entire logistics process;
• Reporting KPIs to your supervisor;
• Demonstrating a proactive attitude;
• Analytical thinking and focusing on process improvement;
• Maintaining a friendly work atmosphere and assisting employees in their daily tasks.

In this warehouse you will find DSM products. What makes this magazine different then others is the attention to quality and good atmosphere. Products are shipped by truck and, ultimately, by plane. The team consists primarily of qualified forklift and EPT drivers.

To qualify for this position, we require the following:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a team leader or supervisor.
• Experience with KPIs and the entire logistics process within a warehouse, including inbound and outbound goods, order picking, and packing.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages.
• Demonstrated interest in carrying the projects.
• Willingness to work in day shifts,
