What are you going to do?
- Efficiently organize the production workflow by assigning tasks and preparing schedules, ensuring a smooth and systematic operation;
- Take charge of scheduling control to optimize production timelines, meet deadlines, and enhance overall efficiency in the manufacturing process;
- Assume responsibility for various tasks on the assembly line, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in handling different aspects of the production process;
- Supervise and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support to foster a productive and collaborative work environment;
- Proactively identify inefficiencies in production processes and recommend and implement improvements to enhance overall productivity.

Wat vragen wij?
Your profile:
- High School degree, college degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic or computer industry preferred;
- Solid understanding of computer system assembly; Possess basic mechanical knowledge;
- Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection;
- Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards;
- Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness.
