Your role in the journeyAs Turndown Attendant, you'll be responsible for preparing guest rooms for the evening — refreshing the space, creating a sense of calm, and ensuring every detail reflects our five-star standards.Your responsibilities include:
- Providing turndown service in guest rooms with care and consistency.
- Refreshing rooms and preparing them for the evening.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
- Working efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Supporting the housekeeping team when needed.
Job Requirements
What you'll bring
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and quality.
- Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
- A guest-first mindset and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
