DepartmentWe don't hire staff, we cast Talent. As Storekeeper, you're part of our Finance Team the backstage crew that keeps the show running. You ensure every department receives what they need, when they need it, with accuracy, speed and W‑level precision. You're hands‑on, organized and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where movement never stops. Job DescriptionAs Storekeeper, you are responsible for the full flow of goods throughout the hotel. From receiving deliveries to stock control and inter‑department distribution, you ensure everything is processed smoothly, safely and according to standards. You collaborate closely with B&F, the Head Chef, Cost Control and all operational teams to keep the hotel running like a well‑oiled machine.Your role includes:
- Processing incoming goods, unloading trucks and checking deliveries against consignment notes.
- Registering, booking and filing all goods in the system with accuracy.
- Inspecting returned items for condition, damage or repacking needs.
- Storing goods in designated areas manually or using equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, Arbo and HACCP procedures.
- Preparing and checking orders for all departments.
- Registering stock movements and maintaining complete, correct documentation.
- Conducting periodic stock counts.
- Keeping your workspace clean, organized and guest‑ready at all times.
- Responding promptly to requests from B&F supervisors, the Head Chef and the Cost Controller.
- Supporting any task that contributes to an unforgettable guest experience — because at W, we're ALL‑IN.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver smooth, accurate and timely goods handling from start to finish.
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and organization.
- Work confidently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and love it.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support daily hotel operations.
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Represent the W lifestyle through your professionalism, energy and precision.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Work Permit for The Netherlands required.
- This is a physical role you're ready for movement, lifting and action.
- A team player with a positive, hands‑on attitude.
