The European Distribution Center (EDC) is located in Breda and is responsible for logistics and customer service across the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa). From this location, medical implants and instruments are distributed to hospitals and healthcare institutions throughout Europe.

The company offers both surgical and non-surgical solutions, including products for bone correction, scoliosis, and sports injuries in children.

For our new European Distribution Center (EDC) in Breda, we’re looking for a Warehouse & Loaner Specialist who’s hands-on, proactive, and eager to build something new. You’ll ensure that medical instruments and implant sets are delivered to our customers safely and on time.

🛠️ What will you be doing?

📦 Managing loaner sets: You’ll assemble medical instrument and implant sets, ship them to customers, and track their whereabouts. When they’re returned, you’ll carefully check them for completeness and damage.

🚚 Warehouse operations: You’ll receive goods, inspect them, store them, and ensure smooth shipping. Picking, packing, and dispatching? No problem for you.

🔍 Quality control with attention to detail: You’ll inspect returned instruments and sets for quality. Missing parts or damage? You’ll document everything neatly and make sure everything is back in order quickly.

🤝 Being part of a close-knit team: Whether it’s in the warehouse, handling admin tasks, or assisting customer service — you’ll jump in wherever needed. Together, you’ll make sure everything runs like clockwork!

Functie-eisen

We’re looking for someone who...

  • Has experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or managing loaner sets (experience in the medical field? Even better!);

  • Has a keen eye for detail and can switch gears quickly;

  • Isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work;

  • Is available Monday through Friday;

  • Speaks fluent English (other languages are a plus);

  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office — and bonus points if you're familiar with ERP systems like Business Central;

  • Has completed a Dutch MBO Level 4 education or equivalent.
