The DHL warehouse in Holtum has various customers. Given the limited accessibility by public transport, it is important to have your own transport. The location is easily accessible from Sittard-Geleen, Heerlen, Weert, Landgraaf, Brunssum and Roermond

Job descrition: As a logistics employee at DHL Holtum, you work closely with colleagues to process orders correctly. Your daily tasks include sorting, order picking, packaging and working in the returns department. You work in a shifted daily schedule, whereby one week you work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and the next week from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Evening hours after 6:00 PM will be payed extra. Each shift starts with a short meeting, led by your team leader, to discuss the goals for the day with the team.

Certificates: It is okay if you do not have certificates for forklift, reach truck, EPT or OPT operation. At Olympia we offer the opportunity to obtain these certificates free of charge, if necessary for your position.

Profile: We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who enjoy working in a team and are interested in logistics. Experience is a plus but not a requirement. What is more important is your motivation to learn and develop yourself within the team.

• A full-time job from Monday to Friday.
• Working hours in a shifted day shift, varying between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
• Own transportation is required to get to the work location.
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English are required for safety reasons.
• Experience with operating electric pallet trucks (EPT), order picking trucks (OPT), reach trucks and/or forklifts is a plus.

• The gross hourly wage varies between €13.27 and €13.47, depending on the certificates obtained.
• You build up 10% holiday hours.
• You receive 8.33% holiday pay.
• From 6:00 PM a surcharge of 130% applies.
• You can receive a maximum of €9.30 per day in travel expenses (for a single journey of 20 kilometers).
