Geodis Pharma & Care is located on Columbusweg and is easily accessible by public transport from the center of Venlo. In this warehouse, products from 14 customers of pharmaceutical and cosmetic nature are stored. The offered position is for the long term. It is not a short-term project or substitute job. Therefore, the recruitment process includes a meeting at the Start People office in Venlo, and after preliminary verification, also a meeting at Geodis, to get acquainted with the warehouse and the team.

As a logistics employee in the Pharma & Care department at Geodis, your responsibility is to pick and pack orders. Pharmaceutical and cosmetic products from various clients are stored here and then shipped to recipients according to the order. Therefore, quality and accuracy in task execution are crucial.

Due to the large number of clients, you can expect diverse work. Each client has their own requirements, separate products, packaging, labels, or shipping documents, making the work non-monotonous.

• You are proficient in English,
• You have your own accommodation in the Venlo area and your own transportation to work,

• You have logistics experience in a warehouse and a stable employment history,

• Long-term employment with a contract through Start People and the possibility of direct employment at Geodis (tijdelijk contract -> direct contract),
• Hourly wage of €13.58 + ADV supplement of €0.17 up to 40 hours of work,
• Optional overtime for those willing,
• Travel allowance above 10 km of €0.23 per kilometer, up to a maximum of €11.50 per day.
• Holiday allowance of 8.33%, paid annually.
