As a warehouse employee in Venlo, you work at a large logistics company. You work in 2 shifts from Monday to Friday. Sometimes you work extra hours or weekends, especially during busy periods. The schedule changes every week: one week you start at 06:00 and finish at 15:00, the next week you work from 15:00 to 00:00. During peak season, you may also work night shifts from 21:00 to 06:00.
Your tasks are varied. You collect orders, pack products, check goods, and load or unload trucks. You work with modern scanners and systems. Teamwork and achieving shared goals are key. You work in a large warehouse with colleagues from all over Europe. Flexibility is important, because the work can change unexpectedly.
