You will work for a reliable wholesale company in the Geleen region. They focus on customer satisfaction and offer a wide range of more than 50,000 products. The atmosphere is informal and collegial. The company has a dynamic team and offers opportunities for personal growth.

As a warehouse operative at our client in Geleen you pick orders for hospitality and healthcare customers. You use a voice-picking system that tells you exactly which products to take.

Your day (or night) includes:

• Order picking with a headset 🎧
• Collecting products and preparing them for shipment 📦
• Working in both chilled (+4°C) and frozen (-20°C) areas ❄️
• Ensuring each order is complete and ready on time ✅
• You will be thoroughly trained in the first weeks by experienced colleagues.

Working hours You work a 2-shift schedule:

• Afternoon shift: Mon–Thu 15:00–23:15, Fri 15:00–23:00
• Night shift: Mon–Thu 00:00–08:00, Sun 22:00–07:00

Requirements For this role it is important that you:

• Speak and write Dutch 🗣️
• Are physically fit and can lift crates up to 20 kg 💪
• Are available for both shift patterns
• Have your own transport to Geleen 🚗
• Have no objection to working in chilled or frozen environments ❄️

What we offer

• €15.20 per hour (excl. allowances) ✅
• Chilled allowance €0.57 and freezer allowance €1.30
• 25% or 50% shift allowances after 19:00
• Free lunch during your shift ✅
• Full-time work, 40 hours per week
• Travel allowance €0.23 (10–25 km)
