The client is an international logistics provider with a brand-new warehouse in Tholen. The working environment is modern, dynamic, and no-nonsense, with a strong focus on teamwork. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily management of a team of approximately 10 to 20 warehouse operators. You act as the first point of contact on the shop floor and know how to get the best out of your colleagues. Thanks to your leadership, daily operations run efficiently while meeting high quality standards.

In addition to daily supervision, you actively contribute to process optimization. You provide input for improvement projects and have a keen eye for innovation within logistics. You monitor progress, coach your team, and ensure that goals are achieved. In this role, you work closely with the warehouse manager and other departments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of warehouse operators
• Ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the warehouse floor
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and procedures
• Identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvement
• Monitoring compliance with legal, company, and safety regulations
• Reporting progress directly to the warehouse manager

• At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
• Experience with process optimization and a strong interest in logistics innovation
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Strong analytical skills, results-oriented and decisive
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate employees
• Willingness to work in day shifts or two-shift rotations
