DHL Supply Chain Weert - Full-time (40 hours)

As a Reception & Inbound Coordinator, you play an important role in our inbound logistics process. You welcome drivers, check shipment documentation, register incoming goods and ensure that all deliveries are processed accurately and efficiently. You are the link between drivers, the warehouse and administration, helping to keep operations running smoothly.

Your daily tasks include:

• Welcome drivers and check their shipment documentation
• Register incoming shipments in the warehouse management system
• Guide drivers to the correct unloading locations
• Support with loading and unloading trucks when required
• Process emergency shipments from different departments
• Verify shipping documents after unloading
• Maintain office supplies and organise the reception area
• Keep the inbound area clean, organised and safe

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic logistics environment and likes combining administrative tasks with warehouse operations.

You have:

• Basic knowledge of logistics
• Good spoken and written English
• Good computer skills
• A strong attention to detail
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude
• An EPT and Forklift certificate, or you are willing to obtain them
• A valid VGB and ELA certificate, or you are willing to obtain them
