In this role, you'll be responsible for collecting and verifying orders before processing them in the system. You'll check the packing list to ensure the right items are packed, enter any relevant certificates into the system, and make sure everything is shipped on time. Since the company operates in English, you'll need to have excellent command of the language, both spoken and written. Accuracy is key, and you’ll enjoy entering data into the system as well as communicating with suppliers via email or phone. Along with the administrative tasks, you'll also help prepare boxes and pallets for shipment.
