As a WFM Specialist in Heijen, you work 40 hours a week in a modern logistics center. You are responsible for optimal workforce planning and help further develop the HR division. You work with data, support setting up reports, and contribute to the company's growth.
Your day consists of analyzing workforce data, creating reports in PowerBI and Excel, and advising on the deployment of flexible and permanent staff. You have plenty of contact with colleagues on the floor and actively think about improvements. You also help with administrative tasks when needed.
