Our client is an innovative high-tech organization within the Aerospace Industry, specializing in composite solutions for aviation, space, transport, and marine applications. With operations in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, the company is rapidly growing and focused on innovation, precision, and high-quality engineering.

As a Quality Controller, you play a key role in the quality assurance process of advanced composite aerospace components. You work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure all products meet strict quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing quality inspections on aerospace composite panels and components
• Checking products against technical drawings and specifications
• Conducting visual inspections, measurements, and tests to identify deviations
• Performing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
• Inspecting incoming materials and components
• Calibrating measurement and testing equipment
• Monitoring cleanroom conditions such as temperature and humidity
• Preparing detailed inspection reports and documentation
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Identifying and resolving quality issues with the team

• MBO-level education in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, production, or technical development
• Aerospace or composites experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with quality tools and measurement equipment is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Independent and adaptable working style
• Preferably based in the The Hague region
