Tasks and responsibilities
- Creditor Management: Oversee accounts payable for timely and accurate payments.
- Debtor Management: Monitor accounts receivable for prompt collections.
- VAT Compliance: Handle VAT matters, ensuring compliance and preparing/submitting VAT returns.
- Intercompany Reports: Generate and analyze reports for accuracy.
- International Supplier Interaction: Communicate with suppliers abroad, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Provide support to finance colleagues, fostering collaboration.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
- Bank Transactions: Manage and reconcile transactions for precise financial recording.
- Tax Return Preparation: Assist in preparing various tax returns, stay updated on tax regulations.
Working conditions
- Salary up to €4,500 per month based on 40 hours, depending on your experience and knowledge
- Full time position of 40 hours per week
- 24 vacation days
- 8% holiday allowance

Job requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with AFAS and Exact is an advantage
- Good communication skills in both the Dutch and English language
