For our HQ in Leidschendam, we are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Financial IT Controller. In this important role, you will bridge the gap between finance and information technology, combining your expertise in financial analysis with your understanding of IT systems and processes. As a Financial IT Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency and compliance of financial operations within Fugro, enabling you to pro-actively advise on finance and business topics and support in management reporting. Your role
Understand the IT related processes and costs;
Support the month-end closing, and are responsible for forecasting and reporting;
Coordinate the IT Budget submission for all IT departments
Implement and control financial processes across all company, in coordination with different stakeholders (IT, HR, Finance, Operational Business Lines,…);
Support the creation of Business Plans and the analysis of the projects executions;
Your track record
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Finance related discipline;
At least 2 years' relevant working experience;
Preferably, you are a member of a professional body (Chartered/Certified Accountant/Controller)
Good communication skills that you can apply at all organisational levels;
