• A technical background (MBO / vocational or higher) in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electronics, or similar
• Experience as an Assembly Technician, Mechanical Assembler, or System Assembler within a high-tech or precision environment
• Ability to read and work with technical drawings and work instructions
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
• Hands-on mentality and a structured way of working
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Eindhoven

• Assemble high-tech modules, systems, or machines according to specifications
• Perform mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly work
• Test, inspect, and adjust assembled products to ensure top quality
• Identify and report deviations or technical issues
• Collaborate closely with engineers and fellow technicians
• Contribute to continuous improvement of assembly processes

• Gross monthly salary between €3,800 and €4,500, depending on experience
