This company manufactures paint mixing and shaking machines that are exported all over the world. As an assembly worker, you will be responsible for putting the machines together. A paint mixing machine goes through four production lines to arrive at a finished product. Depending on the experience you bring, you will be assigned to one or more production lines. So you can make this job as challenging as you can handle yourself.
When creating a functioning paint mixing machine, there are a number of steps involved. You start by studying the work instructions. When it's clear what you need to do, you check the materials, parts and tools your colleague has gathered from the warehouse. Are all the parts you need present? Then you can start assembling the paint mixing machine and adjusting (sub-)assemblies into machine parts. On another production line, you make electrical and pneumatic connections.
Are you on the last line? Then you are responsible for assembling the assembled machine parts into the complete paint mixing machine. You also test the machine once it is ready, solve any problems found, and load the software. No matter which production line you are on, you keep your work environment clean and orderly.
