Job Description
Are you a morning person with a passion for creating exceptional breakfast experiences? The Amstel Hotel is looking for a dedicated and talented Breakfast Chef to join our renowned kitchen team. If you love delighting guests with high-quality morning dishes and take pride in setting the tone for a great day, we want you!What is the role?
- Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes that align with our five-star standards.
- Oversee ingredient preparation, storage, and presentation to maintain our exceptional quality.
- Elevate classic breakfast items with your culinary expertise and attention to detail.
- Manage daily preparations to ensure a seamless breakfast service.
- Maintain HACCP standards and ensure food safety procedures are always followed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support the development of trainees and apprentices.
Your profile:
- Experience in breakfast preparation, from à la carte to buffet service.
- Works well under time pressure in a fast-paced morning environment.
- Takes initiative and maintains a can-do attitude.
- Available for early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
