Vacature omschrijving

• Lead or support key workstreams of the CLM implementation project
• Align current and future contract management processes with the new CLM platform
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to define and document end-to-end processes
• Support data migration from SAP Ariba and improve clause libraries and templates
• Participate in design workshops, testing, configuration, and change management activities
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of contract workflows
• Act as a liaison between functional stakeholders and technical teams

• 10–15 years of relevant work experience in business process optimization, project delivery, or digital transformation
• Solid experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and process design
• Background in large, complex project environments with agile methodology
• Familiarity with tools like SAP Ariba, Icertis, Agiloft, or SirionLabs
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, IT, or related field (advanced degree or certifications are a plus)
• Analytical thinking and the ability to translate business needs into system capabilities
• Proactive attitude and ability to work cross-functionally in multicultural teams
