Functieomschrijving- Preparing production processes from A to Z (ingredients, weight, product type)
- Setting up, starting, and adjusting production machines
- Changing production lines and rebuilding installations when required
- Monitoring production processes and ensuring smooth operations
- Performing quality control checks
- Cleaning and maintaining the production area after each shift
- Working closely with the team to ensure efficiency and product quality
Functie-eisen- Minimum 1 year of experience in food production
- Good level of English (minimum B1)
- High level of personal hygiene
- Technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
- Preferably candidates living locally with their own accommodation
Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Salary: €17.84 gross per hour
- 36 working hours per week
- Shift allowance
- Possibility of a salary increase based on performance
- Travel allowance max.13,80€ per day
