What you'll be up to:

Keeping Amsterdam Schiphol Airport clean before and after customs.  

Taking care of tasks like emptying bins, giving floors a good mop, and handling other cleaning duties. 

And here's the fun part – you'll also be the friendly face of Schiphol, answering passenger questions and making sure everyone feels right at home.

Important information to keep in mind:

Being a friendly face is key, so having a decent handle on Dutch and/or English is a must. 

Along with a planner, you can decide your planning based on your availability. We offer shifts from Monday through Sunday.

Our shifts:

Morning shift: 6:15 a.m. to 14:15 p.m. 

Afternoon shift: 14:15 p.m. to 22:15 p.m. 

Evening/night shift: 22:15 p.m. to 6:15 a.m.

• Here's what we're looking for:
  • Knowledge of Dutch or English language.
  • Available for at least 3 days a week (ideally with 1 day falling on the weekend).
  • Residing in the Netherlands for a minimum of 8 years, a must-have to apply for your Schiphol Pass.
  • Keep in mind! It is not possible to start immediately at Schiphol Airport. It is a requirement to have a Schiphol Pass to work at the airport. We'll submit a screening request to the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee. This process will take a minimum of 2 weeks with a maximum of 6 weeks. Once you've got your VGB (Declaration of No Objection) from the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, you can pick up your Schiphol Pass and dive right in the world of Schiphol!

✅A hourly salary of €13,42  

✅An addition during the week in the evening and night of 130%

✅An addition on weekends during the day 130% and evening and night 150%

✅Travel expenses of  €0,11 per kilometre (maximum €6,60 per day)

✅8,33% holiday allowance 

✅End-of-year bonus of 5% in 2024 (if you have been employed for at least 6 months)

✅25 vacation days based on full-time employment

✅Pension from the 1st working day
