Operators check the steps in the process technology process and together ensure a good end product. You have different tasks: you monitor the progress of the production process of the factory where you work.

A process operator is someone who is responsible for the smooth running of automated processes in a production process, for example in the pharmaceutical, (petro-)chemical or food industry. The process operator is the person who checks whether the process is running successfully and intervenes if necessary.

What does a Process Operator do?

The main task of a Process Operator is to control and monitor the production process, so that it runs smoothly. His precise tasks can vary from operating relatively simple machines to overseeing complex production processes from a control room.

• The Process Operator's duties generally include the following activities:
• Monitoring and where necessary adjusting production processes, both on site (at the installation or machines) and in the control room
• Carrying out quality measurements, possibly using samples
• Identifying and reporting on defects, errors or other details in the process
• Supervising the correct technical execution by shift workers
• Carrying out minor repairs
• Calling in the technical service or other involved parties when major repairs are required
• If necessary, perform a 'shutdown' (the shutting down of the machines or part thereof)
• Checking the hygienic condition and cleaning the equipment if necessary
• Provide guidance to shift workers
• Compliance with safety regulations and HACCP legislation

This is how a day looks like:

In this position you work in a production environment/ wash street. Of course you also check the products. 

In addition, your daily activities as a Cleanroom Process Operator consist of:

• Cleaning of high tech parts according to instructions and protocols
• Carrying out assembly and cleaning activities
• Performing quality measurements
• Working on the basis of work instructions and technical drawings (Powerpoint)

Your working hours are Mo - Fr between 7h00 - 18h00.

To become succesfull in this position, you already have some experience in the Cleanroom and preferably with cleaning high-tech parts.

We also ask:

• Good command of the English language
• You work according a structure and independently
• Living in the direction of Eindhoven, Veldhoven, Veghel, Helmond or Valkenswaard

If you can start then you can expect the following:

• Starting salary between € 2.500 - € 2.600 gross per month, depending of experience and knowledge and can rise to €2.800
• Travel allowance (if more than 10 km one way) (Reiskostenvergoeding)
