This company, located in Geldrop, is part of a global leader in separation technology, specializing in the production of wear-resistant parts and components for the animal feed, biomass, and recycling industries. From its Geldrop facility, the company supplies products to key markets across Europe, North and South America, and the Far East. The production site in Geldrop employs a team of 140 professionals dedicated to driving growth and innovation within these sectors.

As a CNC Operator within the finishing department, you will independently oversee and run several CNC and NC machines, ensuring accuracy and smooth production processes. Your main tasks include:

• Operating different CNC and NC machines efficiently and with high precision;
• Producing wear parts according to technical specifications and detailed engineering drawings;
• Performing quality checks with advanced measuring instruments to verify that all products meet required standards;
• Keeping your work area safe, tidy, and compliant with safety rules while following the 6S methodology;
• Using APS systems (Lean/Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

• Experience working with machinery—preferably with Fanuc and Siemens systems—and a solid technical background;
• An MBO Level 2 diploma or equivalent qualification, ideally within metalworking or another technical discipline;
• A willingness to take part in further training and support other departments when necessary;
• Availability to work in a 3-shift schedule: early shift (05:30–14:00), late shift (14:00–22:30), and night shift (22:30–05:30), including a 30-minute break;
• Strong skills in reading and understanding technical drawings;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and World-Class Manufacturing to contribute to continuous improvement;
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.
