This company, located in Geldrop, is part of a global leader in separation technology, specializing in the production of wear-resistant parts and components for the animal feed, biomass, and recycling industries. From its Geldrop facility, the company supplies products to key markets across Europe, North and South America, and the Far East. The production site in Geldrop employs a team of 140 professionals dedicated to driving growth and innovation within these sectors.

As a CNC Operator in the finishing department, you will independently operate and monitor various CNC and NC machines, ensuring precise and efficient production processes. Your key responsibilities include:

• Operating different CNC and NC machines with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency;
• Manufacturing wear parts according to technical specifications and detailed engineering drawings;
• Conducting quality inspections using advanced measuring tools to ensure all products meet required standards;
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised workspace in line with safety regulations and the 6S methodology;
• Applying APS systems (Lean/Six Sigma) to improve productivity and optimise production workflows.

• Experience operating machinery, preferably with Fanuc and Siemens systems, along with a solid technical background;
• An MBO Level 2 qualification or equivalent, ideally in metalworking or a related technical field;
• Willingness to follow additional training and provide support to other departments when needed;
• Availability to work in a 3-shift system (early: 05:30–14:00, late: 14:00–22:30, night: 22:30–05:30), including a 30-minute break;
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately;
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing principles to support continuous improvement;
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.
