You will join a leading national provider of coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks for businesses and institutions across the Netherlands. The company is known for its high-quality service, strong brand and professional working environment.

You will be given all the tools you need to succeed: a company van, tablet, training and ongoing support. At the same time, you get a lot of freedom and trust to manage your own route and customers.

As a Coffee Machine Service Operator, your day starts early at the warehouse around 06:00. Together with your colleagues, you unload incoming freight using an electric pallet truck (EPT). Once everything is checked and sorted, you load your own company van with all the supplies you need and head out on your route.

You will visit offices, healthcare facilities, schools and companies throughout Rotterdam and The Hague. Some days you stay at one location, other days you visit multiple customers. On-site, you make sure every coffee machine works perfectly: you refill ingredients, clean the machines, solve small technical issues and leave everything neat and tidy.

No experience in vending or technical service? No problem. You will receive full in-house training and learn everything about the machines and service process. What really matters is your attitude: you enjoy working independently, you are customer-friendly and you like being on the road.

And the best part: you get your own company van which you can take home. So no commuting to a depot and no need for your own car.

Your responsibilities include:

• Unloading incoming freight with colleagues using an EPT;
• Loading your company van with daily supplies;
• Refilling coffee, tea and snack machines at customer locations;
• Cleaning and maintaining machines to keep them in top condition;
• Fixing minor technical issues (full training provided);
• Tracking stock and usage via a tablet;
• Providing excellent customer service and being the face of the company.

You work full-time (37.5 hours per week), from Monday to Friday, usually between 06:00 and 14:30. This means you finish early and still have your afternoons free.

• Customer-focused and professional with good communication skills;
• In possession of a valid driving licence (B);
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work;
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch;
• Able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG);
• Living in or near Rotterdam or The Hague (or willing to travel).
