Aludyne is an aluminum foundry that manufactures parts for the automotive industry. As a Maintenance Technician, you will become an indispensable part of the technical department. Production operates in a 3-shift schedule, and the technical department participates in this. The technical department team consists of highly experienced technicians who are eager to teach you everything about the machinery. Traditionally, it is a Brabant family business, and they like to maintain this atmosphere!

• 27 vacation days and 6 additional days off (ADV)

• As a Maintenance Technician, your starting salary will be between €3,500 and €4,500 per month, excluding shift allowance.
• Are you working in the 3-shift system? Then your salary can increase up to €5,500 including shift allowance.
• 27 vacation days and 6 additional days off (ADV) to ensure a good work-life balance.
• You will start with a temporary contract, with the prospect of a permanent contract in the near future.
• Opportunities for personal development through training, such as a course in electrical engineering.
• Excellent secondary employment conditions, in accordance with the Metalektro collective labor agreement.
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer.

In the role of Maintenance Technician, you will actively contribute to keeping the machinery running. You will mainly focus on resolving both mechanical and electrical malfunctions. In addition to troubleshooting, the technical department is responsible for machine maintenance. You may be involved in these activities, but they do not form the core of your duties. You will report to the supervisor of the technical department, who values your opinion on the state of affairs. If you have ideas about preventive maintenance or how things can be improved, the door is always open.​

• Experience in resolving machine malfunctions.
• MBO-3 level of thinking and working a completed technical education is a plus;
• Willingness to follow additional training for sector-specific knowledge (where necessary).

Experience as an all-round Maintenance Technician is a plus, but even if you have worked as a Maintenance Mechanic or as an all-round Technical Service employee, we would still love to receive your application.
