Our client DHL in Beringe is expanding its Customer Service team. That's why we're looking for you! A seasoned Customer Service jack-of-all-trades to join this team. Don't have much experience as a Customer Service Representative yet? But still interested? Then read on! DHL offers the necessary guidance to help you develop into this jack-of-all-trades.
As a Customer service agent, you will have a wide range of tasks. Your daily tasks will include administrative work such as customer-specific reports; advising existing customers and correctly handling questions and problems regarding shipments/orders (warehouse/transport) in order to maintain relationships; offering transport and/or warehouse solutions in such a way that both the interests of the customer and those of the organization are met.
You will be part of a team of six colleagues and one supervisor who is responsible for the Cisco department. As a Customer Service employee, you will be able to determine your own shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
