With offices around the world, including one in ’s-Hertogenbosch, they provide high-quality hardware and software solutions to clients operating in highly regulated and critical environments.

As a Customer Success Specialist you're not just supporting, you're empowering. You make sure clients in the pharma and healthcare sectors feel confident, supported, and successful using cutting-edge monitoring solutions. From onboarding to long-term relationships, you own the customer journey. You’ll work with clients in the Benelux, UK and Denmark, and collaborate with passionate colleagues across Europe.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Customer Support, Inside Sales or similar;
• Strong technical affinity (you enjoy understanding how things work);
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French or German is a big plus;
• You are a confident communicator with a proactive, solution-focused mindset;
• You thrive in an open and honest international environment, take ownership of your work.
