In het hart van het stadscentrum ligt Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam. Het hotel is het eerste vijfsterrenhotel in Amsterdam en dateert uit de gouden eeuw. Drie eeuwen lang heeft het hotel onderdak geboden aan koninklijke en legendarische gasten zoals keizerin Elisabeth van Oostenrijk en de Beatles. De Nachtwacht van Rembrandt werd geschilderd om in het hotel te worden tentoongesteld.De 81 onlangs gerenoveerde kamers zijn ingericht in klassieke kleuren; een mix van crème en rood met gouden accenten. Van standaard kamers tot vorstelijke suites, elke kamer combineert een strakke vormgeving met luxe verwennerij.Ons dagelijkse ontbijtbuffet biedt een inspirerend scala aan smaken, waaronder lokale specialiteiten, glutenvrije opties en op verzoek bereide warme gerechten. We take pride in offering warm, refined, and personalised service in a boutique environment where excellence and authenticity define every guest interaction.We are now looking for a full‑time Day/Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team.About the RoleAs a Day/Night Receptionist, you play a central role in creating memorable moments for our guests. You ensure smooth arrivals and departures, handle guest inquiries with professionalism, and support both day and night operations.
Your presence at the desk—whether during the calm of the night or the momentum of the day—helps shape the guest experience in a MICHELIN‑recognised property.What You Will Do
- Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, payments, and guest correspondence
- Support both day and night procedures, including administrative tasks and reports
- Provide accurate information about the hotel and Amsterdam
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service
- Maintain the high service standards aligned with our Two MICHELIN Key recognition
Job Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Previous Front Office experience in a hotel environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement
- Ability to work both day and night shifts
- Proficiency in English; Dutch is an advantage
- A positive, polished, and proactive attitude
