✅ Salary: €3.500–€5.100 gross/month
✅ Bonus: Up to 3% annual bonus
✅ Vacation Allowance: 8% vacation pay
✅ Vacation Days: 25 per year
✅ Pension: Excellent arrangement (2/3 paid by employer)
✅ Commute: €0.23 net per kilometer
✅ Schedule: 38 hours/week (Friday afternoons free)
