You'll tackle mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrics — turning customer requirements into perfectly executed technical solutions. 💼 Your New Role
What you'll do:
- Lead customer project modifications from intake through completion
- Manage complex adaptations within specialized production systems
- Work across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical disciplines
- Develop control plans and assembly instructions for project closure
- Collaborate with a skilled 12-person engineering team
- Design and produce 3D models using CAD software
- Ensure accuracy, quality and timely project delivery
- Problem-solve and maintain overview of multiple concurrent projects
Functie-eisenYour Profile:
- HTS/MTS in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in heavy commercial vehicles or special vehicle construction
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems
- 3D CAD skills — Creo Parametrics experience preferred
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Service-oriented mindset with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solver who maintains project overview
- Good communication and collaborative skills
Nice to have:
- Experience at a vehicle builder, coachwork facility or commercial vehicle company
- Continuous improvement mindset

✅ Salary: Competitive package between €3800 and €5200,-
✅ Hours: 38 per week (Friday afternoons free from 12:45)
