Your role
As an Electrical Technician / Panel Builder, you will work on advanced electrical systems and high-tech vehicle applications within a modern workshop environment.
You will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and integrating electrical control panels, cable harnesses, and high tech systems for innovative projects.
This is a hands-on technical position where precision, problem-solving, and quality are essential. You will collaborate closely with engineers, project teams, and fellow technicians on future-focused technologies.
What will you do?
- Build and assemble electrical control panels and technical installations
- Wire electrical systems, cable harnesses, and electrical components
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
- Test electrical systems and troubleshoot wiring issues
- Perform quality inspections and functional testing
- Assist with prototype builds and custom technical projects
- Contribute ideas for process and product improvements
- Work closely with engineers, planners, and workshop colleagues
What are we looking for?
You are practical, accurate, and technically minded. You enjoy building systems, working with advanced technology, and solving technical challenges.
Requirements
- MBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or similar
- Experience with panel building, electrical assembly, or wiring is a strong advantage
- Experience within automotive, commercial vehicles, machine building, or industrial systems is highly valued
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings
- Interest in high-tech systems, smart mobility, and electrical technology
- Hands-on mentality with strong attention to detail
- Solution-oriented and eager to learn
- Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Driving license B

- Salary up to €4,300 gross per month, depending on experience
