As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the expert who keeps premium espresso machines performing at their best. Your day starts from home: you jump into your fully equipped company van and head to your first customer. It could be a stylish coffee bar, a busy office or a high-end hospitality venue. You’ll install new machines, carry out maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times you’ll dive deep into the mechanics and electronics.

You’ll work independently, but you’re never on your own. Our support team is always available, and you’ll visit our hub in Zoetermeer once a week to restock parts and tools. Every four weeks, you’ll join the weekend on-call rota, which comes with extra pay and time off in return. Your responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair espresso machines at customer locations;
• Install and configure new machines to the highest standard;
• Diagnose and resolve faults in electronics and mechanics;
• Keep customers informed about the work carried out;
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation;
• Take part in the weekend on-call rota (one weekend every four weeks, with extra pay and time off).

• Strong technical skills with electro-mechanical knowledge;
• A relevant qualification in engineering or proven hands-on experience;
• Holding a valid category B driving licence;
• Good command of English (Dutch is a bonus but not essential);
• Service-oriented, problem solver with a calm approach under pressure;
• Flexible attitude and willingness to join the on-call rota;
• Experience with coffee machines is a plus, but not required.

• A competitive salary of €2,500.00 to €3,500.00 per month, depending on experience;
