We are an international technology company specialized in automated packaging and load-stabilizing systems. To strengthen our technical service organization, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer with a passion for technology, troubleshooting and customer support.

If you enjoy working with industrial machines, solving technical challenges and helping customers work more efficiently, this role could be perfect for you.

Your role

As a Field Service Engineer, you ensure that our automated packaging and strapping systems operate smoothly at customer site.

You will:

• Install, commission and configure automated packaging systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues (PLC knowledge is a plus).
• Support technical upgrades and improvement projects.
• Train and advise customers on operation and safety.
• Report service findings and share feedback with the technical team.

You’ll start with standard service and maintenance work and grow towards advanced automation and robotics projects as you gain experience.

What you bring

• MBO or HBO degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Some years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer, Field Technician or Maintenance Engineer.
• Strong interest in industrial machinery and automation.
• Ability to read technical drawings (electrical/mechanical).
• Fluent English is required; Dutch at B1 level or willingness to learn is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (B).
• VCA certificate or readiness to obtain one.
