Job Description
- Work on changes and improvements including the further development of the team
- Optimizing and automating the financial-administrative services to healthcare,
- Optimizing and accelerating the P&C cycle, budgeting and the month-end closing.
- Advise the Board of Directors and management in business and financial matters.
- Monitor the KPI's of the team identifying opportunities for improvement.
- You lead and have tact and an eye for the qualities of the individual.
- Act as the organization's representative in both internal and external interactions.
The offer
- A maximum salary of €6,000 per month based on your experience and knowledge
- An employment contract for 36 hours per week
- Possibility of a permanent contract
- 25 vacation days

The requirement
- Completed a Bachelor's degree (HBO) in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the finance sector.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential.
