Team leader Registration Finance & Control

You will become an integral part of an organization that not only offers accommodation for the elderly but also operates treatment centers and multiple meeting venues. With 10 residential facilities in total, your role will be situated at the Haarlem location.
Your responsibilities
- Work on changes and improvements including the further development of the team
- Optimizing and automating the financial-administrative services to healthcare,
- Optimizing and accelerating the P&C cycle, budgeting and the month-end closing. A
- Advise the Board of Directors and management in business and financial matters.
- Monitor the KPI's of the team for further improvement
- You lead and have tact and an eye for the qualities of the individual.
- You represent the organization in internal and external contacts.
Key Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
- At least 4 years of work experience in the field, preferably in the healthcare sector;
- You have knowledge of laws and regulations, government standards, experience with financing in healthcare is a plus.
- You are result-oriented
- You have a coaching style of leadership and are a socially skilled team player
- You have Dutch and English both good oral and written expression skills.
